1. DISCIPLE MEMBERS
Before you can raise leaders, you disciple people. This means you help them follow Jesus that they may help others follow Jesus.
How? From one degree of glory to the next:
And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. – 2 Corinthians 3:18
Is your group member MATURING in ABIDING, CONNECTING & SHARING?
2. DISCERN APPRENTICES
You still start to notice some members growing in their faith and moving from one degree to the next in ABIDING, CONNECTING & SHARING.
What then?
A) Are they growing in the 3C’s? Is it in the most important areas: Conviction and Character?
B) Call them to apprenticeship.
